Family Clinic was established to provide medical services to the community.
After a couple of months, Family Clinic left its previous location and completely relocated to 2900 Lemay Ferry Road, Ste. 200. For a few years, we treated several patients and expanded our service area.
Family Clinic opened a new location at 123 Concord Plaza Shopping Ctr, and we maintained both locations for a couple of months. Soon after, we closed our location in Lemay and only operated in Concord Plaza.
In 2019, Family Clinic reached its 10 year milestone of providing medical care to a total amount of over 3500 patients. Today, we still provide quality medical services at our Concord Plaza location, and we hope to continue serving our community.

Family Clinic will send medical claims to the insurance information you provided to us. If we haven't received payment within 60-70 days, any outstanding balance will be sent to patient responsibility.
We at Family Clinic provide quality medical care at a reasonable cost. To help you manage your medical bills. We collect copays at the day of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
For those who don't have insurance, we offer an affordable self-pay option of $125 for new patients and $80 for returning patients to see our physician. For other services including labs and x-rays etc. Please talk to our staff to get an affordable price that you deserve.
Family Clinic knows the need to evaluate an injured worker/person as soon as possible. Our physician can evaluate you as a patient, stitch any minor injuries, do any necessary x-rays, or refer you to an orthopedic doctor if necessary. Staff are dedicated to help patients return to work as early as possible while also making sure that they get the quality of care that they need.
